How to cancel an order with goPuff
If you have placed an order with Gopuff and decide that you do not want to continue with the order, there are a few ways to cancel it.
1. Via the Online Order Form: If you placed your order online, click on the “My Account” tab and then click on the “Order History” link. This will take you to the order history page where you can see all of your orders. On the order history page, under “Date/Time,” select the date and time of the order that you want to cancel. Then, under “Action,” select “Cancel Order.”
2. Via Telephone: If you placed your order by phone, please contact customer service at 1-866-GO-PUFF (1-866-465-3831). They will be able to help you cancel your order.
3. In Person: If you placed your order in person, please bring your receipt to any of our stores and we will be happy to assist you in canceling your order.
How to track an order with goPuff
To track an order with goPuff, first sign in to your account. Under “My Orders,” you’ll see a list of your recent orders. Click on the order you want to track. On the “Order Details” page, under “Status” you’ll see whether the order has been shipped or canceled. If the order has been shipped, you can track its progress by clicking on the “Track Order” button and filling out the form provided. You’ll be able to view information such as tracking number, shipping address, and package status. If the order has been canceled, you can find out why by clicking on the “Cancellation Info” link and filling out the form provided.
